RESPONSABILITATI

ROLE: Secure Vodafone the human resources it needs to deliver its strategy and sustain Vodafone as Employer of Choice by attracting and selecting the best internal and external candidates in a balanced, consistent, transparent way and by providing the most appropriate expertise on processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide recruitment and selection solutions specific to his/her area of expertise and develop resourcing projects to respond to business needs;
- Consolidate the recruitment needs and coordinates the recruitment and selection activities/projects that address them;
- Secure the best possible talent for all vacancies, within agreed SLAs;
- Uses the most appropriate searching methods in order to attract the best candidates ;
- Recommend appropriate recruitment and selection tools and any necessary improvements to the existing tools and programs;
- Prepare and participates in roll out of recruitment agencies tender process and recommend effective partnerships according to agreed standards
- Provide advice, consultancy related to his/her area to the hiring managers in order to adopt the best resourcing solutions;
- Provide advice related to his/her area of work to internal customers, business partners and HR management team
- Performs specific trainings and education in order to develop recruitment capabilities to hiring managers.
- Make sure that the Resourcing Principles are respected (transparency, equal opportunity, diversity, internal vs external balance)
- Keep Resourcing Policy relevant, updated and well communicated.
- Keep the process steps relevant and effective
- Educate the organization in order to keep a strong process awareness and compliance
- Utilize every direct or indirect contact with candidates or potential candidates as a unique opportunity to provide a great candidate experience and to build the Vodafone image as an admirable company
- Actively promote Vodafone as Employer of Choice in every interaction/initiative/event or project
-Keeps track of the recruitment and selection records in order to facilitate appropriate reporting and decision making related to recruitment and selection.
- Good communication and relationship management with the hiring managers or designees, other functions, the Resourcing team, external suppliers and the wider HR team;
- Get stakeholders’ commitment to achieve expected results;
- Ensure appropriate communications among stakeholders in relation to his/her area of expertise.
- Contribute to operational excellence of the department by continuously improving efficiency in their area of work.
- Participates in departments projects/activities as assigned by direct manager.


CERINTE

- Minimum 2 years experience in a recruitment role.
- Experienced in recruiting methodologies e.g. interview, assessment centres, psychometric testing etc.
- Experience in implementing HR systems will be considered an advantage.
- University Degree.
- Proficiency in English.
- Customer oriented.
- Ambitious, strive for results.
- Flexibility and able to manage a changing environment.
- Initiative.

- Planning and organizing skills.
