-Daily reconciliation between customer databse and accounting system for manual posting the rejected items;
-Reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts – co-ordinate with the account owners with the reconciliation methods used and co-ordinate with Head Of Tax on the fiscal treatment;
-Co-ordinate with the Head of Tax in reviewing the Profit & Loss Account items for fiscal treatment;
-Contact person between Finance and business functions for providing reconciliation methods on accounts;
-Support internal and external audit with substantiating documentation upon request;
-Responsible with 1st level of review for inventory counting reconciliation – accounting books versus actual inventory counting lists.
-Graduate of an Economic University;
-Very strong knowledge on Romanian fiscal rules;
-Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting for banks;
-Strong computer knowledge MS Office ( Ms Excel is a must, Ms Access would be an advantage);
-Analytical, detail oriented and well organised;
-Fluent English.
