Established in 2004, Essential Systems has made itself known by providing high quality services and solutions and also by its outstanding evolution, as the company has grown every year by more than 100%. The company started small, by providing hardware equipments, off-the-shelf software products and purchase advisory to its customers. However, during the same time, the company invested in the development of a proprietary document management platform and it conducted research in the domain of information management. The result of the internal research activities is the platform currently known as Intema, powered by proprietary technology, and it represents the framework on top of which the company can build dedicated solutions that can be delivered as unitary, integrated systems. This strategy has helped the company quickly evolve from a pioneer stage into a reference on the IT market.

In respect to Quality Assurance, Essential Systems has also obtained the ISO 9001:2001 / 2008 certification for the design of IT systems and the ISO 14001:2005, ISO 18001:2008, ISO 27001:2006 certifications for Information Security Management Systems.

Essential Systems offers complete solutions, both operationally and financially efficient; its services concentrate on creating information resources which can be used by means of existing software or dedicated IT solutions, part of an integrated IT system.
