Cosmetic Producer seeking to hire a smart, English proficient lady, able to speak on the phone in order to present/SALE our products and incentives/promotions to customers worldwide.
Responsibilities:
• Set and achieve personal sales goals
• Greet customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner
• Provide honest, confident and professional feedback to customers regarding our products
• Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases and suggest new products
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize sales
Qualifications
• Have a high school diploma, or higher (preferred)
• Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about cosmetic trends
• Ability to positively and proactively handle customer questions, concerns and requests
• Computer Proficiency
• English Proficiency, obviously
Cosmetic experience and licensing is not required; we will provide training in our cosmetic products.
