Analyzes the 8D-reposrts and defines the corrective and preventive measures that must be taken
Is responsible for processing the client’s complaints and for suggesting corrective and preventive measures
Watches over completion and daily transmitting of hotlines and PPM’s
Verifies if the corrective measures taken are efficient in other plants too and creates the Lessons Learned Cards
Is involved in the process of eliminating mistakes
Supervises the activity of the shift that he is responsible of
Is responsible with the coordination of the people in his subordination (FUW or Auditors)
Is responsible with the evaluation of his subordinates
Motivates, develops and evaluates the performance of his subordinates

University degree in Technical field (mechanics or electromechanics)
Medium English and/or German skills
Quality management knowledge
Statistics knowledge's (QRK, Pareto) and quality knowledge's (8D report, FMEA, Fishbone analysis) MS Office knowledge Communication skills, good interpersonal skills, result oriented person
Communication, planification and organisation skills
Leadership skills
