- Build contacts with customers, identify and influence decision makers / opinion leaders
- Coordinate sales and service activities with cross divisional peers and internal functions (e.g. Marketing Services, Customer Service)
- Ensure consultative sales supported by services and customer training
- Ensure profitable net sales growth in own territory by acquiring new customers and retaining existing customer base
- Promote the product portfolio with a focus on contribution margins
- Plan sales activities for own territory in line with district targets
- Plan, prepare and evaluate customer contacts
- Report results of customer contacts and planned activities to supervisor on regular basis
- Monitor and observe markets in own sales district (customer needs, competitors, prices)
- Follow corporate guidelines and processes
- Quality and timeliness of weekly / monthly plans and reporting
For one of our clients, top player in the healthcare market, that offer infection prevention solutions for hospitals , Adecco Professional & Executive Search Division is looking for a Territory Manager located in Cluj-Napoca.
The job incumbent is responsible for ensuring the target orientated merchandising of sales and service portfolio and the generation of new business within the area of responsibility.
Ideal Candidate :
Adequate level of education ( University degree)
min 3 years of sales experience in business to business sales environment in healthcare
Product & industry knowledge (healthcare, hospitals ) is mandatory
Good PC skills
Clean driving license
Upper intermediate level - English language skills
Disciplined
Strong communication skills and persuasive
Prior experience in sales of medical equipment and pharmaceutical, disinfectants products is a major differentiator
Willing to travel up to 70% of the time
Location: Cluj-Napoca strongly preferred, Turda, alternatively: Targu Mures, Alba-Iulia
