Job 20.764 – commis, demmis chef & chef de partie , 4 stars Marriott hotel, Bristol area , 4 star hotel operation are looking for experienced quality chefs to join the team. Required to rotate between sections producing good quality modern food. The hotel has multi outlets , restaurant, bar and functions operations. The chef must be capable of rotating between all sections in the kitchen, must have good knowledge of sauce, relevant hotel experience and speak a very good English. ; starting date: 15 December 2014 ; 1 year contract ; Chef de Partie - £7.39 per hour ; Demi Chef - £6.89 per hour; Commis Chef - £6.50 per hour
