- Sous chef, commis chef, demis chef, pastry chef – luxury 5 stars hotel, 3 rosette, near Heathrow airport ; salaries: Sous Chef up to £30.000/annum gross; Commis Chef £18.500/annum gross, service charges included; Pastry Sous or Jr Sous (fine dining) £27-31.000/annum gross depending on level, service charges included; Pastry Cdp £22-23.000/annum gross, service charges included; Jr Sous Chef ( main restaurant) £25-27.000/annum gross, service charges included ; Demis chef - £19-20.000/annum gross, service charges included; accommodation provided
- Commis chef - 4 stars hotel with 16 rooms, located near Gloucester ; 17.000 gbp/year + tips; accommodation provided, starting date Jan 2018
- Senior Chef de partie & commis chef - Luxury 5 stars hotel , located in Killarney ( Ireland) , 80 rooms , fine dining restaurant with 2 rosette standards, ( pushing for 3 rosettes in 2018) , a casual restaurant, a lounge bar and conference and events , located in Killarney (South Ireland ); salary up to 30.000 euro gross/year ; 45 hour/week, salary is paid weekly ; 1 year contract , 28 paid days holiday, 5 days/week, accommodation provided for 2 months, team of 14 chefs in the kitchen; starting date: January 2018 ; the job require to work on the fine dining restaurant and the applicant must have fine dining background
