IT Support Engineer will be responsible for helping both private and business customers with a broad spectrum of IT technical issues.
Duties will include: Receiving and responding to problems from customers via email, phone and chat Identifying, researching, and resolving customer issues using available resources Following-up on customer problems not immediately resolved Recommend solutions to fulfil requirements and solve problems Providing support to junior IT engineers
The successful IT Support Engineer will have the following experience and skills: Previous experience working in a similar role Microsoft Server and Desktop operating systems (2003/2008/2008R2/SBS/2012 Server/XP/Vista/7/8) Core Microsoft Infrastructure technologies and solutions (Exchange, IIS, AD, RDS) Virtualisation Hyper-V, VMWare, Backup technologies and Server hardware maintenance. You will learn a lot!
