The employer who will attend the event is a chain of care homes which provides care for the elderly and young people with disabilities at the highest standards. The company currently owns 11 homes in Greater London.
What does it mean to be a carer in a home?
The responsibilities of a care assistant are to assist the elderly with their personal hygiene, to report immediately any accident or unexplained injuries to the responsible personnel, keeping a clean and tidy environment, to help residents with nutrition and hydration when appropriate, to provide emotional support and participate in all recreational activities of the home.

The requirements are:
• Very good level of English
• Experience is not required because you will receive a thorough training, both theoretical and practical from the employer
• Desire and motivation to work as a carer
The employer's offer is:
I. Salary during the 3 months of probationary period £7.20 / hour weekdays, £7.70 / hour weekends; salary after the probationary period: £7.50 / hour weekdays, £8 / hour weekends
II. 3 months FREE accommodation (after the 3 months, the cost is between £70 and £100 / week (cost of the utilities is included in this price).
III. Reimbursement of the plane ticket after 3 months
IV. Permanent contract, which is signed in the country - 38.5 hours minimum with the possibility of working overtime.
