The Accountant’s Main Responsibilities will be:
• Keeping the cash register and maintaining the relationship with the bank: bank statements, delegations, expense accounts, payment instruments, cash flows and treasury;
• Managing the clients and suppliers account balance: comparing balances, programming payments, monitoring encashments;
• Allocating invoices by accounting categories (suppliers invoices, checking and adjusting invoices according to the receipt, allocating expenses by cost centers or accounting category, checking unitary prices in comparison with the ones agreed upon in orders, contracts);
• Issuing and checking invoices with the data mentioned in the delivery notes;
• Registering the patrimony (assigning stock numbers and managing files, investments projects);
• Maintaining the relationship with the external accounting company and creating and managing the documents and financial-accounting software.
Regarding the Education, Knowledge, and necessary Qualifications, the person we are looking for has:
• University studies in the Economics domain (preferably in accounting);
• Theoretical knowledge of the chart of accounts;
• Knowledge of the fiscal Code and accounting legislation;
• Medium-advanced level English knowledge.
In what concerns the Work Experience, our best candidate has:
• Minimum 1 year’s experience on a similar position in a production company;
• Experience with an accounting software.
