Plan and develop the corporate long-term strategy in order to materialize the Company's vision and objectives;
Direct subordinates in organizing and developing the Company's business plan through providing them with the proper guideline and information;
Lead coordination with Shareholders, company-wide meeting and business arrangement with 3rd parties;
Take initiative to control expenditures to ensure the alignment with business plan and budget limits;
Interface with Finance unit to insure compliance with corporate budgetary requirements and guidelines;
Appraise the performance of the employees under his control in order to evaluate their contribution to realization of the departmental business targets.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
More than 15 years experience;
Excellent knowledge of the petrochemical industry;
Computer literacy;
Ability to analyze very complex operations data and draw logical conclusions;
Ability to finalize very complex reports;
Supervisory skills.
Basic salary in USD;
- 65% of basic salary as allowances for Housing & Transportation; - Paid vacation with interim field leaves if re-contracted;
Two-way air ticket;
