Requirements
Age limit: 55
Cumene Unit: Minimum 2 years of experience.
Phenol Unit: 4 years of experience
High school degree minimum
Operational experience at least 4-5 years & Exposure for commissioning, start-up and initial operations in of the following sections: must have Cumene & phenol plant experience.
Must have more operational experience than commissioning
Knowledge: Cumene/Phenol processes.
Must know the following:
Know chemical reactions in the cumene reactor and its side reactions.
Know how to run distillation columns.
Know cumene major operating parameters and how to start up the plant from a cold start.
Know chemical reactions in the Phenol oxidizer and its side reactions.
Know how to operate cleavage reactors and fractionation train.
Know major operating conditions for major equipment.
Technology experience:
Cumene: Technip Badger Cumene experience preferred or UOP cumene is minimum.
Phenol: KBR Phenol process preferred or Allied phenol process minimum,
Cumene/Phenol Unit: Console Operator:
Minimum 6 years of experience in Phenol and 2 years in cumene plant as a console operator;
Age below 50 years
High school diploma minimum.
System: YOKOGAWA (Centum 3000 or Centum VP) – 6 months minimum or Honeywell 2 years exp. Of TDC 3000.
Knowledge:
Cumene /phenol:
Must have 2 years in Cumene plant and 4 years in phenol plant as a console operator
Mobilization: ASAP
