1. Experienced in fuel storage, metering and piping works.
2. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
3. Computer literate and use drafting tools and computer-assisted design/drafting equipment and software.
4. Prepare and study technical drawings, 3D model, specifications of piping and fire fighting systems, and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and project specifications and requirements.
5. Direct and coordinate site construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and project requirements.
6. Prepare and or arrange specifications for subcontractors and vendors.
7. Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
8. Supervise project team members as necessary.
9. Investigate and test subcontractors works’ and vendors’ products.
10. Close follow up with subcontractors to assure project is completed satisfactorily and on time.
