• Controls inter-building communication installation and maintenance
• Supervises maintenance all areas and equipment within the buildings as well as layouts, arrangements, and housekeeping of all facilities. May oversee cafeteria and/or food service operations.
• Analyses and standardizes various facilities procedures to improve efficiencies. Determine work procedures, prepares work schedules, and flow chart for repairing and maintenance of all facilities and utilities.
• Initiates purchase requisitions within budget guidelines and files monthly reports. Plans, budgets and schedules various facilities modifications including cost estimates, layouts and contracts.
• Follow the relation with external facilities suppliers (water, power, natural gas, sewage, connecting services).
• Responsible for an efficient utilization of resources consumption (including alternative “green” energy)
• Manage the Facility team to promote positive, proactive/predictive attitude and internal customer focus
• Respect the values and rules of Company and maintain 5S condition
• Supports the implementation and maintenance of the EH&S Management System
• Support Kaizen programs in all areas of the plant
• Technical University Degree (Piping/Energy/Building Engineering)
• Minim: 5 years experience in Facility engineering/Building engineering, 3 years of service/group coordination
• Very good problem solving and continuous improvement skills
• Hands-on, dynamic personality, creative with initiative and prevention/prediction mindset and Kaizen spirit
• Leadership skills, flexible (overtime, stand-by for night&weekend interventions…), enthusiastic, honest and loyal
• Knowledge/experience and strong interest for alternative energies
• Industrial green filed experience, eventually clean rooms
• Driving License B
• Good skills in AUTOCAD, MS Office and Lotus Notes
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
• ISCIR authorization preferred
