Responsabilitati:
- Pregatirea la timp a salariilor precum si implementarea tuturor schimbarilor legislative privind salarizarea in sistemul informatic de salarizare;
- Pregatirea fiselor fiscale in conformitate cu legislatia in vigoare;
- Pregatirea si distribuirea corecta si la timp a documentelor aferente salariilor (fluturasi, tichete, etc);
- Intocmirea regulata a rapoartelor si statisticilor interne si externe in conformitate cu standardele curente;
- Este persoana de contact, pentru angajati, in privinta intrebarilor legate de salarizare;
- Actualizarea informatiilor referitoare la angajati in toate bazele de date -Realizarea rapoartelor;
Experienta si pregatirea profesionala:
- Utilizare PC (Excel, Acces, Word, Power Point, Outlook) – nivel avansat;
- Studii superioare (preferabil tehnice);
- Experienta practica in lucrul cu baze de date de dimensiuni mari;
- Cunostinte de legislatia muncii;
- Cunostinte de salarizare
- Abilitati numerice;
- Capacitate de analiza si sinteza;
- Asistenta medicala;
- Bonuri de masa;
- Transport asigurat.

The first Leoni unit in Romania is in Arad since 1999 employing 2,150 people supplying to Rover Group, Ford Premier Automotive Group, Aston Martin, Mc Laren, DAF.
In 2002 has started in Bistrita the building of the second Leoni unit in Romania, producing wiring systems for Daimler Chrysler and BMW.
