- Organizarea programelor de instruire
- Intocmirea/gestionarea planului de Instruire (general si specific) pentru angajatii noi respectiv cei promovati si/sau transferati
- Colectarea nevoilor de instruire, analizarea instruirilor solicitate si includerea lor in Planul anual de instruire
- Crearea/actualizarea planului anual de instruire in conformitate cu cerintele companiei
- Implementarea planului anual de instruire
- Pregatirea instruirilor interne: suport de curs, prezentari, activitati practice, materiale de instruire
- Livrarea instruirii (lucreaza ca formator/lector pentru instruirea angajatilor companiei)
- Urmarirea eficientei instruirii si intocmirea unor planuri de actiune in cazul instruirilor ineficiente
- Stabilirea continutului programelor de Instruire
- Gestiunea curenta a documentelor referitoare la instruire (foi de prezenta, formulare pentru inregistrarea seminariilor externe, evaluarea instruirii precum si alte formulare specifice)
- Crearea/actualizarea de rapoarte specifice departamentului
- Studii superioare
- Experienta in training si recrutare de personal prezinta avantaj
- Cunostinte de limba engleza nivel avansat
- Bune cunostinte de operare PC

In 2002 has started in Bistrita the building of the second Leoni unit in Romania, producing wiring systems for Daimler Chrysler and BMW.
