Summary of role:
The HR Manager is responsible for all HR services such as general administration, office management, recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in HR function in a multinational
company
- Thorough knowledge of Romania labor law
- Fluent English & Romanian
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
