Control and approve specifications for required process equipment items, including vessels and columns, heat exchangers, pumps, instrumentation, control valve and relief valves, checking Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs), process data sheets, isometrics and piping arrangements.
Develop design scope and ensure that all related deliverables are in compliance with the applicable codes, standards, Project and Corporate requirements and procedures.
Manage of all incoming and outgoing documents and completion of minutes of meeting. Establish the deliverables and the deadlines. Coordinate all disciplines involved in project.
Support the selection of suitable equipment, field devices, and other specific systems as per design, evaluate options and select best techno-economic solutions for project facilities.
Support the coordination and alignment of interfaces between the project phases and direct the contractors design efforts accordingly taking into account safety, startup, cost and constructability impacts.
Participation in the preparation of technical specifications for the design work.
Participation in the technical evaluation of tenders for the design.
Interaction with regulatory, controlling project activities bodies (ANRE, NAMR). Control over the compliance of the project documentation to the Romanian legislation.
Monitoring the implementation of the project organization functions "field supervision" on construction sites.
Managing technological surveillance of different equipment (compressors, separator tanks, gas-lift distributor, production and injection manifolds)
Bachelor Degree in Petroleum Processing Technology and Petrochemistry
Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in a similar role
Minimum of 5-8 years onshore gas processing / gas plant experience is essential
Knowledge of standard modular design gas processing equipment for typical natural gas volumes, to include Gas dehydration (TEG, MEG, etc.), Condensate Stabilization, pumping systems and compressor systems
Excelent English knowledge
Upstream produced water disposal, to include cleanup and reinjection, evaporation pond design or other treat and recycle technologies
Knowledge of fixed bed mol sieve technology (dehydration)
Knowledge of wellhead production equipment and multiphase wellhead separation facilities
Team player with excellent communication skills;
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
