General Purpose: Ensure Perfect Manufacturing and Delivery Quality through continuous improvement that meets customer expectations.
Key Tasks:
- Ensure day to day process quality compliance;
- Quality Assurance concept execution;
- Line Change Over acceptance;
- Daily Process Deviation and improvement.
- Project management of Quality improvement in factories (ie. driving and supporting cross functional work and achieving targets);
- Continuous Improvement Management System;
- Product Quality Engineering.
The ideal candidate should have passion for innovation, like teamwork, act with empathy and respect.
Position Requirements:
- Typically over 5 years of relevant experience in Quality Management;
- Good communication skills in English (written and oral);
- Can analyze, develop and implement concepts and solutions as a subject matter expert with increased awareness and involvement;
- Capable of dealing with managerial tasks, he/she is responsible for the design and development of policies, plans and programs.
