Project control, register and maintain the project documentation;
Regular creation, evaluation and distribution of specific project status reports;
Continuous development and improvement in the project reporting system and the related tools;
Evaluation of the effectiveness of the project controlling system, development and implementation of improved measures;
Employee training regarding PM system, related applications and documentation;
Moderate and perform Project Status Meetings;
Helpdesk function for Global Program Management.
University degree;
Experience in Quality Management System and / or minimum 3 years in automotive industry;
Knowledge of instruments stipulated by the QS 9000 standard, ISO TS 16949 or Takata PMS;
Fluent in English. German language represents an advantage;
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills;
Available for business travels to Takata plants
Assertive, creative, open-minded, team work spirit.
