Project Manager Arad , West Romania

Your tasks// You will lead industrialisation projects for lighting electronics. -Ensure that the projects are in the dimensions of "Time", "Cost" and "Quality / Maturity"; -Act as a direct interface to the lighting project team for head or rear lamp projects; -You will organise the project team (Project buyer, Manufacturing Engineers,  Quality Engineers,  Purchasing, Sample Shop); -Also, you have to anticipate potential problems, plan appropriate resolutions, and take early corrective actions before problems happen;  

Your Qualification// In order to be successful, you are able to work independently and with full responsibility for the projects; -Previous experience in working with German counterparts is an advantage ; -We will look for solid production / technical experience and proven interest in managing complex projects; -Experienced in project management methodology, such as planning, budgeting, tracking and reporting. -Great leadership skills, since you will lead a team for successful project implementation; -Also, you have a good understanding of the automotive product development process and manufacturing processes; -Your command of English is very good and German language knowledge is an advantage;
