Quality Customer Complain Specialist - Arad Arad , West Romania Your tasks// In this position you will be responsible of: Initiate analysis of incoming returns and forward the information to the quality engineer and team; Register all complaints in SAP system and inform the client about received complains; Initiate, track and asses laboratory examinations done by the laboratory specialists; Organize team meetings for complaint analysis; Create the mandatory 8D report, in collaboration with the team; Inform the customer about the progress of the analysis; Keep the agreed time line for the reporting; Support for solving the complaint related invoices from the customer; Your Competence // In order to be successful in this position, you should have: Graduate of a Technical University ; Good English level - mandatory , German is a plus; Good technical background, preferably in a quality engineer position; Knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably in automotive; Excellent communication skills and customer interaction abilities; Excellent coordinating and organizing skills; Initiative and proactive attitude. |
