Main Responsibilities:
- promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
- improving the quality level by taking the correct preventive and corrective actions
- ensuring that the products of our company fit for their purpose and meets both external and internal requirements including customer expectations
- agreeing standards and establishing clearly defined quality methods for staff to apply
- identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training
- establishing standards of service for customers or clients
- monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
- directly responsible for implementation and maintenance of the company quality system
- creating and measuring realistic quality goals and processes for the quality team
- demonstrating a good capacity for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- coach and grow team members testing skills
- modifies and improves existing quality processes
- explores new opportunities for team improvement;
-Technical University Degree
- Management or technical leadership experience in quality area (minimum 3 years).
- English – advanced level speaking and writing. French is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a high orientation towards detail.
- Superior time management skills.
- Superior people management skills.
- Ability to create and work with standards
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to train. Familiar with Six Sigma, TQM procedures and tools.
- Good working knowledge of Windows, MS Office.
- Very good communication, presentation and teamwork skills with a proven ability to deliver results
