Quality Manager
- Technical University Degree.
- Knowledge or Experience in the Metallurgic sector is an advantage.
- Management and technical leadership experience in quality department and related area’s (minimum 5 years). Proven implementation of TS 16949 Quality System.
- Experience being directly responsible for implementation and maintenance of the company quality system using the management review.
- English – German advanced level speaking and writing.
- Strong analytical skills with a high orientation towards detail.
- People management skills to improve the performance of work.
- Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions in a analytical way of working.
- Familiar with Six Sigma, CIP, 6S, to improve standards.
- Good working knowledge of Windows, MS Office, SAP.
- Very good communication, presentation and teamwork skills.
- Proactive and problem solving attitude under stress condition.
- To see the customer expectations as main topic.
- To have a common sense for the suppliers and their Quality.
