Your Activities:
• Planning, Target-setting and Tracking of Functional KPI;
• Identify main deviation on functional cost – create deviation analysis and initiates countermeasures;
• Evaluation of improvement programs, preparation of documents and calculations for decision making;
• Calculation of business plans for facility rating, new processes, automating steps, optimization for operation footprint;
• Interface to Plant Controllers, CBU Controllers, Working Capital Controlling and Central Controlling;
• Performes monthly EMEA Seatbelt Reporting.
• University degree - Economical profile with a focus on controlling and accounting;
• At least 5 years of work experience required – in controlling and/or cost accounting;
• Fluent in English (German is an advantage);
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite; SAP knowledge is a plus;
• Outstanding communication and analytical skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and team work oriented person;
• Willingness to travel.
