Your main tasks will be to:
• Assist the Services Managers from the NA region in their daily tasks, that includes: program online surveys, update the respondent database (panel), prepare data files and reports using our DIY tools (e.g. PanelPortal™, AutomateSurvey™, etc.);
• Learn and have a great understanding of Toluna Technology products and how our technology platform is used by our internal and external clients;
• Manage incentives for rewards process (points and prizes programs);
• Perform testing of each panel (e.g. verify registration form before launching; check data for accuracy post launch);
• Coordinate content for engagement of community portal updates (e.g. quick poll, blog article, discussion topic);
• Create and update additional attributes of target-group based on client needs using our internal tools;
• Assist with recruitment and maintaining the panel by providing campaign materials and regular updates to recruitment partners, validating new recruits and monthly reporting;
• Support the respondents’ database (e.g. migration of existing panel data);
• Prepare monthly Excel reports on panel activity.

To complete our team based in Timisoara and support our growth in North America, we are looking for a Services Project Manager.
Your abilities need to be:
• Working hours from 15:30 to 00:30 Romanian time zone, in order to cover requests from North American Clients;
• Relevant experience in client service technical support is preferable;
• Mandatory advanced level of English language (both written and spoken);
• Superior knowledge of Excel: working with large datasets, with excellent attention to details;
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills: enjoys speaking daily with staff base;
• Excellent time management skills and logical approach to problem solving;
• Proficiency in using MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
• Market research familiarity is a plus.
