- monitorizeaza aderarea la procesele din magazie
- ofera sugestii de optimizare, de standardizare si securizare a proceselor din magazii
- implementeaza noile procese in magazii si ofera training adecvat
- propune/implementeaza solutiile de imbunatarire a programelor si proceselor utilizate in magazii;
monitorizeaza folosirea corecta a programelor de catre toti magazionerii
- verifica timpul de lucru si asigura integrarea rapida si eficiente a magazionerilor nou veniti
- integreaza si instruieste noii membri ai echipei
- se asigura ca toate procesele se efectueaza conform standardelor de calitate
- asigura distribuirea informatiilor necesare catre memebrii echipei
- liceu/studii superioare
- experienta in activitatea de logistica/magazii, minim 2 ani
- bune cunostinte de operare PC
- abilitati de comunicare la toate nivelele

The first Leoni unit in Romania is in Arad since 1999 employing 2,150 people supplying to Rover Group, Ford Premier Automotive Group, Aston Martin, Mc Laren, DAF.
In 2002 has started in Bistrita the building of the second Leoni unit in Romania, producing wiring systems for Daimler Chrysler and BMW.
