About the job:
Ensure closure process of complaints for suppliers and reduce losses related incidents, using the documents requested by the practices and procedures of quality management system;
Responsible for tracking blocked materials and quarantined stocks evolution;
Informs the departments involved and the supplier's about material quality problems;
Monitors the implementation of corrective actions and the efficiency and effectiveness of them;
Filling complaints related documentation to suppliers (8D closure report, etc), escalating CSL1 / CSL2
Performs audits at suppliers in accordance with the audit plan and external customer requirements (unplanned audits, etc.) and informs the departments concerned on the results and progress audits at suppliers.
Responsible for the following commodities: leather, textiles and metals.
University degree (Textile leather or related);
Experience in Automotive Quality (ISO/TS16949, PPAP, etc.)- is an advantage ;
Experience in textile leather is necessary;
Fluent in English (German is an advantage);
High stress tolerance, good communication and interpersonal skills;
Team work oriented, problem solving abilities;
Willingness to travel;
PC operating skills – MS Office;
