Flair Ltd. is operating from 1989.
This season it is running SPA & Beauty Saloons on board of 19 cruise vessels which are cruising in
Mediterranean, Aegean sea, North Europe and Baltic Sea. Winter season we remain with 7 ships
which are cruising to Caribbean, South America, Antarctica, world cruise.
Our client are: Louise Cruises, Majestic Cruises, Cruise & Maritime Voyages, Delphin cruises,
Thompson Cruises
We employ staff from all over the world.
Positions we hire are
- SPA Managers
- Chiropractic Therapists
- Massage Therapists
- Beauty Therapists
- Hair Dressers
- Manicurists & Pedicurists
- Fitness Instructors
Season contract duration is between 6-7 month.
SPA / Beauty Saloon on board opening hours are mainly from 09:00 am to 09:00 pm.
At sea days we work all day but during the ports staff usually working not more than 8 hours per
day. 2-3 times a week staff have half day free in the morning.
Accommodation on board are double cabins. Accommodation and food on board are free of charge.
SALARIES:
- SPA Manager we pay on board in cash from 800 to 1000 Euro (depending of the capacity of the
vessel)
- The rest of the staff we pay in cash on board 600 Euro
Additionally to the above we pay:
+ 5%commission on from services
+ 5 % commission on from product retail.
When staff achieve the target in sales their commission will grow to 10 %.
Commission are pain at the end of each cruise.
Tips are individual to each staff member
UNIFORMS:
Embarkation uniforms are free of charge and are provided on board.
Every day uniform provided on board as well but with additional charge:
- for trousers - 8 Euro
- for t-shirt with logo - 14 Euro
Shoes staff must bring their own / only white color without any logo.
TRAVEL EXPENSES TO THE VESSEL (including air tickets, transfers from the airport to the vessel &
hotel if any) are paid by the staff member.
We are arranging from our side the cheapest air ticket and staff member will pay for it upon arrival
on the vessel or from 1st salary to the SPA manager.
TRAVEL EXPENSES FROM THE VESSEL
are covered by us subject to the successful completion of the contract.
DOCUMENTS:
It is COMPULSORY for each staff member to hold the following valid for whole contract documents:
- Passport
- Seaman's Book (alternatively staff can make it on board the vessel on his/her own cost)
- Safety Certificates (Basic Safety Certificate & Crowd Management Certificate from Safety schools
ashore (not from the other vessels which are not accepted)
- Medical examinations (in accordance with the required medical form of the vessel). Relevant
medical form will be provided from my side.
MEDICAL INSURANCE
We insure all staff with medically on board during their contracts.
Each vessel has a ships doctor which is free of charge. Any ashore doctor visits (except accidents)
are NOT covered by insurance and has to be paid by each staff personally. Dental treatments are on
the staff account as well.
When you will be sending any CV's please forward as well photo and copies of all documents (STCW,
passports, etc.).
