-Performs the requested operations and maintenance activities on telecommunication equipment;
-Coordinates the relationship with service providers;
-Keeps continuous contact with the field maintenance staff, with the management and with other suppliers as Electrica or other telecom companies;
-Acts in response in case of any outage.
-University degree in Telecommunications/Computer Science (or related fields);
-Overall experience in all the computers, transmissions, switching, traffic technology which is under O&M responsibility;
-Two years experience in telecommunicatin field would be a plus;
-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suite of applications (Word, Excel, Access);
-Strong communication skills and teamwork;
-Very good organizing skills; strong problem solving skills;
-Excellent negotiation skills;
-Ability to work under tight deadlines;
-Availability for working in shifts and |on-call duty|;
-Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
