JOB PURPOSE
• End-responsible for his country including depots, on strategy, communication, organization, steering, following-up, adapting to meet or exceed the expected results.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy and company objectives:
• Understands, applies and conveys the SNME Group mission and vision in order for his country organization to adhere to the expectations and values prioritized by his Regional Director.
• Is responsible for producing and communicating actionable business plans (incl. measurable targets) in order to implement the strategy together with his/her team and to monitor effectiveness.
Organizational structure and processes
• Is responsible for establishing his/her organizational structure in line with the Group guidelines as stipulated in the quality system.
• Uses KPl's as guidelines and holds employees accountable for their respective domains in order to maintain a balance between attributing responsibilities on the one hand and controlling the results on the other hand.
Business results
• Demonstrates leadership, takes tough decisions when needed, coaches and supports his/her team in order to create a motivated team to meet or exceed the targets.
• Takes ownership for his/her results by making sure that the investment in human resources and equipment allows to make the required benefits and by pro-actively setting actions into motion when needed in order to ensure at all times that his/her country meets its targets and budget.
• Works in close collaboration with his/her finance manager/controller in order to understand the key profit drivers, performance and budget variances and develops and implements corrective measures when needed.
Sales
• Ensuring the implementation of Group sales guidelines , consisting of:
1. Market segmentation
2. Client identification
3. Revenue analysis
4. Key account allocation
5. Target setting
6. Bonus system implementation
7. Reporting; including Call & Visit Reports
8. Pipeline and quotation management
9. Idle equipment follow-up
10. Price list
Maintenance of equipment
• Is responsible for keeping the equipment in good operational condition, both technically and aesthetically.
Operations
• Understands the management of operations and ensures that all conditions are available to make sure operations are executed smoothly, safely and at a maximum profitability, e.g. project preparation, overtime monitoring, well-trained operators, etc.
Coaching and development of Human Capital
• Is directly responsible for recruitment and development of managers in key positions in his/her country.
QESH & Compliance
• Is responsible for motivating/convincing everyone to work safely and according to the Sarens’ quality standards to ensure that all work is done in a safe, efficient and qualitative way.

Job-related (Technical – Knowledge & Skills)
Education: Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel / Engineer
Experience: Minimum 10+ years experience in same field
IT Skills MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Internet and MS Outlook)
Knowledge in ERP system is preferable
Language: Good knowledge in English (Writing, Speaking and Understanding)
