Labor relations management and coordination of personnel management and payroll
•Manages the relationships between employees
•Facilitates communication for developing/maintaining a positive climate of relations between employees
•Develops procedures and other company specific documents on labor relations issues (Internal Regulation, Collective Labor Agreement)
•Mediates any situation of conflict between employees
•Ensures the setting of salary and other social and legal rights of employees according to legislation and specific internal rules of the company
•Coordinates and controls the activity of payroll management and staffing
•Check and approves all personal documents regarding wage levels: certificates of employee decisions Inter-co transfer and other rights affecting the compensation of employees
•Maintains the relationship with the local authorities concerning the labor issues
•HR professional with at least 5 years experience in a production environment
•University graduation diploma (Social Sciences represents an advantage)
•Experience in personnel administration and labor relations management
•Experience in recruiting especially in production environments (blue collars)
•Human Resources Inspector qualification is a must
•English language (high level) is mandatory
•People skills
•Analytic and independent thinker
