Tasks:
1. Makes process design and makes the loss Analysis;
2. Proposes and monitors a production improvements;
3. Compiles a process instruction concerning technical skills;
4. Participates Kaizen activity - process improvement activity;
5. Prepares fesability studies;
6. Co-ordinates the issue of all process instructions, methods of manufacture, work instructions;
7. Is responsible with following and solving the issue of all process instructions, methods of manufacture, work instructions;
8. Works with QA, Materials, and Design Engineering to disposition discrepant parts and assemblies, assign causes, and initiate corrective actions;
9. Makes Production improvements: Development process standards for use in factory control; Development of operational methods.

THE JOB IS AVAILABLE FOR THE FOLLOWING THREE LEVELS: ENTRY, MIDDLE and SENIOR LEVEL!
Requirements:
1. Superior Studies in Technical field (Mechanics, Electromechanics, TCM);
2. Experience in a automotive/wiring harneses industry minimum 1 - 3 years;
3. A mastery of manufacturing processes in the area of responsibility to include: Mechanical assembly, electronic functionality testing. Welding skills are a plus;
4. Strong math, computer skills, problem solving and SPC ability also required;
5. The Individual must be able to work independently and communicate well within a team;
6. LEAN training and Six Sigma Green Belt is considered an advantage;
7. Availability for working in projects abroad: Germany, Spain and Czech Republic;
8. Languages : English - mandatory, German- an advantage,
