Our client is a Romanian production company that develops its activity international level.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating and assuring the entire production process to achieve the planned production, in accordance with the company's objectives, program and quality standards;
Coordination and management of the production team;
Supervises and evaluates the performance and compliance of the subordinate staff requirements and ensures that corrections, corrective / preventive actions are established on this basis;
Preparing the short and long-term budget and closely monitoring its compliance;
Supporting the process of continuous improvement of process performance through specific proposals;
Ensure the application and enforcement of procedures and standards.
Required:
Higher technical studies;
Experience in the field of production for at least 5 years;
Experience in coordinating a team of at least 2 years;
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles;
English Level B1;
Hungarian Level B2;
