Ensures a perfect knowledge and understanding of the ISO norm;
Implements and brings alive the ISO 9001 QMS and ISO 14001.
Ensures that the Quality Objectives are set by top management for measuring the performance of the QMS and that these are regularly reviewed;
Identifies/determines, negotiates, agrees, writes, evaluates and improves in-house quality procedures, standard and/or specifications.
Sets customer service standards
Specifies quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers and ensures that they are met.
Investigates and sets standards for quality/health and safety
Coordinates, instructs, trains, evaluates the people from the quality department
Organizes internal audits;
Engineering degree specialization in wood.
Experience in wood manufacturing and wood furniture;
Good knowledge of French and/or English;
Technical skills;
Organizational and management skills – people oriented management style;
