In the year 2009 the company has started a new production line to increase production to 460 000 tonnes per year. The company is the only producer in the European market of the unique product called "Laser press."

In the first faze of your starting up: you will learn to know the different production lines and you will walk with the other engineer and mecanicians to know the all processes in the company, you will also study the plans.
- You will follow the orders of Jeffrey (you will be his assistant)
- During the working hours you will be always ‘stand by’ to help with the break downs of the lines, make analysis of the problems and to think about the implementation of the right solutions.(your position will occasionally require to participate actively on the repairing something)
- You will make a small changes in the PLC operating system.
In the second faze you will be also responsible for leading the technical team of the maintenance technicians of the cutting and slitting lines.
-After some time you will get the opportunity to grow in the maintenance team (you will manage the spare parts and put them in to the inventory system and do the preventive and curative maintenance of the different lines)
-You will work on the improvements of project and some small projects.
-Your main goal will be to ensure the permanent and optimal production process.
-On Saturdays, (on turn with other colleague) you will coordinate and supervise the maintenance process.
-You will also contact the outside companies (f.i Siemens or Deman to change the new PLC settings to f.i repair the gantry crane …etc.. You will also check if they do the right job, if they do what we are asking for they do.
-You will do the comparative work regarding to the different suppliers f.i when we order something, you will compare the price and quality of the different suppliers.
-You will be responsible for the planning of the daily maintenance, week maintenance and the maintenance due to the collective closure of the company.
The purpose of this new vacancy is that the new candidate will take over the position of somebody who in few years will go on retirement
-You are the holder of the Bachelor of Master degree Industrial
Engineer Electro Mechanica.
-You have already the first work experience.
-You are flexible and have the hands on mentality.
-Knowledge of PLC and technical drawings is a great advantage.
-If you know more languages it is an asset.
-You like to learn and you like to focus on the several aspect of the work in order to became the allrounder.
