· Knowledge of ITIL based IT service management; ITIL Foundation certification would be an advantage

· VMware virtualization and storage systems

· Oracle WebLogic, LDAP, Tableau, BMC Service Desk Express

· Red Hat certification would be an advantage

· Microsoft Windows certification would be an advantage
