- Decides for the final supplier selection together with the general manager based on preffered supplier list;
- Organizes and participates in the supplier evaluation;
- Participates in the evaluation of price offers;
- Approves all purchase orders according the group procedures;
- Negotiates with the suppliers about prices, commercial conditions, deliveries, quality and technical specifications;
- Responsible for the monthly update of price and cost information in the internal system related to change of currency rate;
- Defines and updates the needed documents and procedures for the proper working of the purchase department, including the ISO requirements;
- Proposes and explains for the approval by the general manager the frame contracts, ammendments and remarks of the suppliers.

Ideal candidate:
- Technical knowledge;
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in purchasing;
- Experience in ERP Systems and advanced knowledge in using Microsoft Office;
- English at advanced level is mandatory.
