-Develops and implements the company’s legal policy according with the group strategy as well as with the legal regulations into force
-Provides legal advice and law interpretation, upon request, to all departments, related to everyday activity
-Supervises preparation of the defense in litigation in cooperation with external counsels
-Coordinates and prepares contracts, other legal documents including land register, land registrations and all documents in relation with the Trade Register
-Reviews a wide range of commercial contracts
-Assures legal support in obtaining various authorizations
-Represents the company in relationship with third parties regarding legal issues
-University degree in law
-Relevant experience 2+years in legal field
-Relevant experience in commercial Law would be an advantage
-Proficiency in English, computer literacy and driving license ( B) are a must
-Organized and results oriented
-Communication skills
-Professional approach
-Willing to relocate in Radauti (Suceava)
