Works under supervision of the Project Manager (located in the USA);
• Supervises the project development team;
• Is entrusted to provide optimal technical solutions to projects and coordinate their implementation;
• Up to date knowledge of technical innovations and trends;
• Advanced understanding of technology specific environments and tools;
• Able to identify and negotiate team development opportunities;
• Excellent communication skills for effective dialogue with colleagues and clients;
• Able to plan, schedule and track small team work within short time horizons;
• Will have direct contact with clients;
• Knowledge of health and safety issues;
• Able to work within a team environment.
Daily Activities:
• Designs technical solutions for project specific challenges;
• Produces components of detailed designs, such as: data flows, class diagrams, file layouts;
• Documents all work using required standards, methods and tools;
• Produces and presents project summaries to the Director of Technology;
• Takes part in client facing meetings together with the Project Manager, answering for the technical aspects of the project;
• Estimates project based tasks;
• Keeps track of project development progress and position compared to preset goals and timeline;
• Develops project modules in accordance with the specifications;
• Evaluates project team members;
• Develops a good work relationship with clients and represents the company in a professional manner;
• Escalates client relationship issues and concerns to higher management;
• Submits daily time and status reports.
Adecco Human Resources is looking for its client, a multinational IT company, a Technical Leader with PHP.
Technical Knowledge and Skills:
• Intimate knowledge of the following technologies: PHP, MySql;
• Knowledge of the following: HTML, CSS, XML, Ajax, JQUERY, Web Services;
• Very good OOP Knowledge;
• Familiar with Symfony framework and Wordpress CMS
• Familiar with usual operating systems and computer hardware;
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server Management.
Soft Skills:
• Analytical Thinker - able to understand a problem by breaking it down into smaller parts, identifying the relationship between these parts. Able to fix the said problem by using the best methods and tools;
• Attention to detail - application of quality standards to any tasks and care not to oversee any aspects.
