RESPONSABILITATI

Una dintre cele mai mari trei companii de software/integratori de sisteme din lume isi deschide un centru de suport tehnic de excelenta in Romania.

Fiti printre primii care vor face parte din aceasta echipa.

Se va realiza suport tehnic prin telefon si mail.

Program in regim full time.


CERINTE

Candidatul ideal este caracterizat de urmatoarele:
- cunoasterea limbii germane(scris, vorbit, citit) la un nivel avansat si engleza nivel mediu
- cunostinte tehnice generale in domeniul PC, in special troubleshooting hardware si software constituie un avantaj
- aptitudini de comunicare deosebite
- spirit de echipa
- proactivitate

Experienta avuta in domeniul contact center/ inginerie de suport, precum si orice alte certificari in domeniul IT constituie un avantaj.
