Adecco Permanent Placement division provide to our clients recruitment at all levels, outsourcing strategies, assessment programs, outplacement programs.

Position Summary
This position is an integral part of the Permanent Placement business line, and will report directly to the Head of Permanent Placement.
This person will ensure strong relationships between the team and clients (recruiting, business development) and will manage profitable partnerships in designed areas with the main goal to increase the revenue and visibility of PP Services.
be a central contact point of contact for the Recruitment Consultants – assigned area
provide strategic support, analysis and sales action- clients visits, together with PP Consultants
develop & present regional development strategy and updates to management team
train recruiters on using Adecco tools ( Adecco Web, Adecco Xpert) technology and ensure we are capturing all the requested data.
awareness and Marketing – Assist recruiting marketing and sourcing efforts in the assigned region
meet the monthly target expectations in terms of revenue, business development
visit regularly Adecco Clients and develop business relations, PP services; manage and monitor sales reports, pipelines, forecast
monitor the pricing policy, define, follow and monitor the sales plan
5+ years’ experience in a B2B area in a middle management role.
experience in project management or business consultancy for different companies, wide type of projects
experience in working with KPI and reporting, operationnal coaching on the job and engaging in public speaking events
experience with relationship management and outside sales - and this in the perm recruitment industry is an asset
requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills
strong management and motivation skills
knowledge of HR consulting market
initiative and independence in action
flexibility, ability to work under stress, independence and responsibility for the tasks
willing to travel
