RESPONSABILITATI:
Job Summary
Main purpose of the job is to support a worldwide customer base in using, administrating and maintaining the Deuromedia Infotainment Platform (DIP)
Duties and Responsibilities
• First level support for DIP
• Acceptance of incoming calls/e-mails in English and German
• Incident management (take ownership, track progress, communicate to stakeholders)
• Incident solving
• Incident reporting
• System monitoring with established tools and methods
• Usage reporting
• Basic administration of DIP (1st level)
• Documentation of systems, tools and processes
• Remote administration of content (video and metadata at the client site)
• Knowledge gathering and transfer within the team
CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• German and English language mandatory
• Good pronunciation (diction)
• Analytical thinking
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of MS Office 2003 or higher
• Availability to work in three shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays, working week of 40 hours
• Good communication skills (especially on the phone)
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences
• Problem solving skills: gathering information, evaluating options, and working out good solutions
Beneficial
• Basic knowledge in Unix, IP networking, operating systems
• Previous support or helpdesk experience is an advantage
