• Coordinate the activities from the People Development Team;
• Organize and improves where needed communication activities for all HR & PD activities and processes;
• Supports Climate Survey roll on in the brewery by:
o organizing session with all employees for questionnaire completion;
o data analysis;
o sustain results` communication and action plan creation in different departments;
• Involves in role profiles creation for future positions and update whenever is necessary;
• Manages the induction program for new employees;
• Coordinates the Management Trainee program at local level;
• Deliver training needs assessment in accordance to the business needs - partners with managers and employees for assessing capabilities and facilitating the career planning process;
• Career management and development – supports the individual development plans for employee in scope, supports succession plans` creation;
• Drive the reward & recognition system at brewery level by:
o Creating the pool of reward & recognition tools and criteria;
o Drive the system into the organisation;
o Manage and follow up the R&R tools used locally;

• University Degree;
• Master qualification in HR desirable;
• Significant knowledge and minimum 3 years experience in HR issues covering a breadth of activities and HR practices and policies;
• Ability to develop new ideas or processes to support the delivery of business goals and performance;
• Influences to achieve a ‘win win’ outcome whilst maintaining strong relationships at all levels;
• Able to balance short term priorities with long term objectives;
• Can work comfortably in a matrix environment;
• Has diplomacy and tact, while being constantly resilient to achieve the company / functional goal;
• Consultancy skills and experience in planning available resources;
• Coaching and relationship building skills;
• Advanced English;
• Microsoft Office.
