Anbietung der Erstlösung während des Anrufs
Verfolgung und Behebung der Probleme mit Hilfe von SST Incidents (Selbstverwaltung für Standort DUS)
Verwaltung der Telefonanrufe
Zusätzliche Verfolgung des eingegangenen elektronischen Schriftverkehrs
Ausbildung im Bereich Fachinformatik
Solide Kenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen sowie in der Nutzung Standardprogrammen (z.B. MS Office und betrieblicher Standardsoftware)
