The IT System Support Administrator will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of various technologies managed by the Information Technology department. This role will focus on the administrative network of the iQuest Brasov Office infrastructure including desktop PCs, laptops, network equipment, printers as well as access to company-wide business applications.
What will your responsibilities look like?
Provide technical assistance to end users and assist users in diagnosing and solving their problems
Install and configure desktops, laptops and operating systems : Windows 7/8, Mac OS, Linux
Install, upgrade, configure, and repair local and wide area network hardware and infrastructure
Support for the Video Conference System and VOIP branch office systems
Monitor and maintain the use of printers and photocopiers
User management : Add/delete/modify user account information, reset passwords, grant/revoke rights to business applications (Exchange, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, Dynamics CRM, TFS, etc.)
Maintain network documentation, maps and labels
Keep inventory of hardware, software and maintenance records
Develop and write IT procedures, work instructions and procedures for the installation, use and troubleshooting of hardware and software
Continuously identify improvement opportunities and work to optimise platforms, processes and system performance
Assist and participate in the IT department’s internal projects
Efficient communication with end users
What abilities will you need?
Experience with Windows 7/8, Linux
Experience with Windows 2003/2008 server platforms
Knowledge of LAN/WAN/wireless installation and configuration techniques
Background supporting communication systems such as Lync and Asterisk and video conferencing equipment
Advanced hardware & software troubleshooting skills
Basic Mac OS knowledge

What experience do you need?
Three or more years of system/network administration experience is required
