• Responsible to manage all related production activities (production projects, production organization in terms of people, equipment & materials);
• Responsible to give estimations in terms of hours necessary to execute that particular project;
• Coordinates the necessary auxiliary activities for a proper production process set–up (managing the subcontractors engaged in the production processes – e.g. bending, machining (outsourcing if necessary) & organization of people transports according to planning);
• Plan the production capacity and ensures regular review of the production plan progress initiating if necessary corrective actions in order to enable on time deliveries of production projects to customers premises at the required;
• Keeps control of the production costs within department and initiates actions to reduce / optimize them;
• Ensures the equipment maintenance (TPM) in the production area by managing the suppliers / contractors engaged in this scope;
• Elaborates relevant production reports, in line with customers requirements & company standards;
• Implement and maintain a 5S organizational system
• Understand lean mentality and implement method and best practice in order to eliminate all 8 wastes;
• Supervise work safety activities within production area, in order to provide a safe working environment and protect employees against accidents (by direct interface with coordinator & contractor appointed for plant safety).
• Industrial Engineering degree – experience in metallic structures & welding –Mig /Mag min 10 years;
• Very good knowledge of Technical Drawing;
• Relevant experience in industrial production environment & management experience;
• Experience with CNC / machining processes, Project Management & Maintenance
• Experienced implementing within an organization the Lean culture (5S, TPM, SMED, VSM, 5WHY, ISIKAWA);
• Stress resistant and very well organized person ;
• Willing to contribute to make a pleasant work environment;
• English language : Advanced level (written & spoken);
• PC skills : Microsoft Office, Autocad
• Required: communication skills, well organized & responsible, relevant analytical & problem solving skills, leader skills.
