- Perform process qualifications and process capability studies according to the specific procedures, including statistic planning of the test volume and evaluation and decision of capability results;
- Perform process and workflow analysis. Define improvements from the results, realization and check the effectiveness;
- Perform internal trainings (PPAP, FMEA);
- Define and create control charts after evaluations;
- Responsible with internal auditing (process, PPAP);
- Support of statistical methods;
A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
- University degree: Mechanical / Electrical Engineer or technical education;
- Experienced in automotive production;
- Specialized technical knowledge about the production of automotive components, molded components;
- Knowledge of project management;
- Ability to work with standards;
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions;
- Ability to train other colleagues;
- Very good communication, presentation and teamwork skills with a proven ability to deliver results;
- English knowledge (German – a plus)
- Knowledge of Automotive Quality standards (e.g. ISO/TS16949);
- Knowledge of Quality methods and tools (e.g. FMEA, Statistical Process Control).
