Job expirat
This position has three major purposes
- Install Deuromedia products remotely or on-site at world-wide locations
- Provide 2nd level support for Deuromedia products to world-wide customers
- Assist Deuromedia partners during installation or support efforts related to Deuromedia products
Product Installation & Maintenance
- Install and configure Deuromedia software (including necessary pre-requisites)
- Keep track of installed versions (version management)
- Report results and problems found during installation
- Deliver approved “Known bugs“ and “Workarounds“ to the customers
- Provide complete solutions to the customers for products commissioning/use
- Create and update the log trace (changes done in the customer environment) for each customer separately
- Draft the list of products to be delivered to the customer, based on the information from the Project Manager
- Upon delivery, check the products to meet the requirements indicated in the acceptance documents
- Checks whether all products are present and functional
Product Support & Customer Requests
- Setup proactive monitoring and logging
- Provide technical support (2nd level) for Deuromedia products
- Maintain the relation with Deuromedia Helpdesk (1st level) and customers for solving issues
- Promptly work on customers' requests
Training & Documentation
- Train the customer in product maintenance
- Train the Solution Partner in product installation and maintenance
- Draft all equipment and user manuals for the company’s products (assisted by the development department)
- Draft technical training materials and training sessions for Deuromedia products
